Overall Equipment Effectiveness-related Assembly Pattern Catalogue based on Machine Learning

چکیده

Nowadays, a lot of data is generated in production and also the domain assembly, from which different patterns can be extracted using machine learning methods with support mining. With help revealed patterns, assembly operations processes further opti-mized, thus profit achieved increased. This article attempts to explore related most used Key Performance Indicator (KPI) manufacturing, Overall Equipment Effec-tiveness (OEE) metric. The relationships discovered will sorted into Assembly Pattern Catalogue (APC). Firstly, literature review demonstrates scientific relevance. Secondly, it examines circumstances samples Manufacturing Execution System (MES) source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. In third section, detailed pattern catalogue defined area assembly. novelty that beyond generaliza-tion characterizes mentioning practical industrial examples.
